We are two Days of Our Lives fanatics who watch somewhat ironically, and somewhat because it’s awesome.
MrsKiriakis has been watching on and off since 5th grade. She worked long and hard and finally wore down her husband The Other DiMera, who would look up from his computer with the occasional “who’s that guy.”
Now both are hooked and love sharing a running commentary about the action in Salem. We live in Salem, Oregon, so we decided to start Salem on Salem and share our rambling thoughts about the other Salem’s goings on.
Your site is AWESOME! My friend and I are Days fanatics for the same reasons, it’s so bad it’s good! I was thinking, could you do a caption for John when he grabbed the doorknob when the “safehouse” was about to explode?? It was john in all his fabulous dorky glory once again.

Very plausible. He does like to get into people’s faces to intimidate them, and that might explain why it works so well lol

Oh, one more last thing. I dont know if you post videos or not, but you must at least watch, for your own personal viewing pleasure, the episode from a few days ago where they are disarming the bomb. Listen to the sounds Marlena makes when Bo cuts the first wire. (note: Bo’s thumb ring is most visible in this clip as well) ok, sorry to tell you how to do your job. there is just so much good material there!
We post old videos, but we don’t take videos of the show. But I know EXACTLY what you’re talking about, that was hilarious.
I have watched Days since I was in high school (wagging school of course) and I just love it and laugh at as do you. We are still behind the States but not as far as we used to be: they did a 7 year catch-up over a week. It was concentrated hilariousness. Keep up the good work!
Thanks! I had to google “wagging school”, that’s hilarious. I definitely skipped class for Days a quite a few times. And I have heard of the legend of the 7 year catch up. I would LOVE to watch that week. I can’t even imagine.
i just stumbled upon your site… this is so hilarious! i’ve been watching Days for as long as i can remember (i’m 30 now), and i watch it much in the same way as you guys: with tons of MST3K snarky commentary, jokes about how much John breathes deeply through his nose before delivering lines, “oh goodie, Brady’s drankin’ again”, etc etc… thanks for cracking me up today!
Thanks! We are the same age (I turn 30 next summer), so it makes sense we would come at it from a similar background. We have a ton of fun doing the site.

I come from a long line of days watchers. My whole family has watched for as long as i can remember. We would all dicsuss the happenings of our second family at length. It was just our family thing. I will be 30 in 4 days and ive watches Days for 23 years! It is easily my favorite TV show. i found your site about a month ago and i think its hilarious! I am a huge Days fanatic and seeing your pictures and videos gives me a chance to share some of the laughs i get from Salem. My dad and brother passed away last year and my mother lives very far from me. I dont have anyone around me that shares my love of Days but seeing your site makes me know that you ‘get it’. Days is infectious! It creeps in and sticks with you, like a virus! Its the best, most hilarious, addictive virus! Keep up the Hilarious work!!!!!!!
